Who we are

Ashgrove is a derivative of the name Ashley.  When Ashley was considering what to use as a domain name, she also wanted something relatively unique to our area of the Okanagan in Canada.  Her website address is: http://ashgrove.fa-ct.com.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact forms

We make use of a simple contact form on the website to obtain information from you about your booking such as your name, phone number, email address, desired event location, time frame, etc.  This information is kept in the website database and is not sold or made available to other users or outside sources.

Purchasing Tickets

Your ticket purchase includes all information necessary to complete the purchase and is handled via Paypal and their privacy policy.  If you are concerned about their policy, please do not complete your purchase through them.  If you wish, you may instead choose to use e-transfer to songdove@fa-ct.com through your preferred online bank account.  Please state in the memo the ticket purchase desired.  Further communication will be via email to the email address you supply through your online bank account.  Your email contact information will not be sold or shared with third parties.  Your e-transfer email will be saved as proof of your purchase at our end.

Purchasing Music

Purchasing Ashley’s sampler CD or any other CD she may release in the future is done entirely through the Kunaki purchase page.  This is a third-party website and you must agree to their privacy policy to use their service to purchase your CD.  Please see the purchase link on the Sampler CD page for more details.
